Converting mg42 to mg3
Converting mg42 to mg3
I would like to shot 308 using m60 links from my mg42. What parts do I need to do this task...Is this possible?

you need the 308 barrel and top cover and a mg3 feedtray
i have done this and it launches the links you need a magnet on a stick

Thanks for the help guys..I will start collecting the parts and give it a try...

Couple of more questions about the conversion. Do I need to change the bolt , recoil booster, barrel guide sleeve and recoil nozzle.?
