Philadelphia ordinance in business??

I have left emails and voicemails on the number and address provided by the website. After no response, i sought them out on facebook. I received a response from facebook, stating they did not do business there and provided another email address at AOL. Emailed that adress as well, still nothing. Anyone know Are they shut down or am i just having bad luck here?
