Looking for an original or repro bipod for the MG08/15. I would even settle for just the mounting portion.

As much as I hate AAS getting business he does sell repro bipods that are not sold as original. he is in France. saying that original examples do crop up. I might part with my only spare but I am afraid it would have to be a trade.

That knuckle from Long Mountain sure made mounting my 08/15 to my tripod easy.

Forgot to say if you are happy with repro no problem, and if you intend to use for live firing components I would be wary. However if seeking original do not be fooled by ageing/rusting or any other seller's recommendations.
