Liberal thinking example:

Post by JBaum »

In a bid to stem taxpayer losses for bad loans guaranteed by federal housing agencies Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac, Senator Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) proposed that borrowers be required to make a 5% down payment in order to qualify.

His proposal was rejected 57-42 on a party-line vote because, as Senator Chris Dodd (D-Conn) explained, "Passage of such a requirement would restrict home ownership to only those who can afford it."

Does this explain liberals to you?
I can't add anything to this.

And I thought that you had to put down 10% to 20% to really get a loan in this time period.

That's a great quote John. Lets see teachers need to have 4 years of college and what does a senator like John HAVE to have ? college, NO. High School, No.... No criminal background, No... What are the requirements for a senator like John???? Anything???? I'm not sure about being able to stay awake as I've seen way to many videos of sleeping in the chambers senators...

WHAT are the "OFFICIAL" requirements of those folks???????????? age? passed high school???? GED?????? WHAT????

Something to think about before you vote....

to become a US senator all you need is to be 30 years old and 9 years as a US citzen. This is all that is in the constitution. You don't even need to read, speak or understand the english language. Know wonder they are unable to make any decisions.

The fallacy in the liberal-socialist tax-and-spend entitlement mentality is that eventually you run out of other peoples money that you had planned to tax, planned to spend, and had already promised to give to somebody else. The fallacy exists in their minds that those who generate the wealth will always continue to do so, and at ever increasing rates, despite continued diminution of incentive and returns.

There is an old saying that no civilized country is more than three meals away from a Revolution.

Given the sweetheart deals that Dodd received from them you think he would bow his head in shame, then again Fannie and Freddie have been used as a slush fund by both parties for the past three decades. Of course bleeding heart liberals suck, but the ruthless corporatists that run BOTH parties are the real cancer on the body-politic.
“… corporations have been enthroned, and an era of corruption in high places will follow, … until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.”

There is a DR. out there who wrote a book about 10 years ago, can’t remember the name, who came to the conclusion that liberalism is a mental deficiency because it is not based on logic and full of hypocrisy.

Since I put the quote on here, I've done some research on it and found that it was written in a satirical newspaper, and they've since admitted it to be a fabrication.

Actually, that may be worse, since it is so believable! In fact, some research would in most likelyhood reveal worse!
Thanks. ---bil
