I suspect that the ones on their table in VA were more than likely the aluminum dummy guns. Since the receiver is what the govt here considers to be the "firearm", chances are the original receivers were left at home in the UK. Maybe 88comm can clear this up?longhorn109 wrote:

I am well aware that Tony and his mates are control freaks. I find it hard to believe some of the things they want to do.
For our US friend benefit.
1) have hidden camera's in rubbish bins and will fine people for putting the wrong rubbish in the wrong bin.
2) fining you for putting your rubbish bin out for collection on the wrong days.
3)all cars to be fitted with tracking devices and be monitored from satalites (sp)
4) already more cameras watching you than anywhere else in the world.
I could go on, but I am sure you get the picture, now back onto discussing MG's
I lived there from the mid 90's till 3 years ago, so have seen it all unfolding
