I couldn't get the website, either
But, another GREAT picture! I'm telling you this because some people just have a very "artistic" eye when it comes to composing photos, and you are obviously one of those.
(For examples of how NOT to take pictures, examine any of those that I've posted here )

comments
Appreciate the comments, I like to have a photo taken that captures a scene, says something, and is realistic to the period we are recreating.
The link for the photos does not work, but the website is up and running. lots more photos such as these. Try this link
http://www.sdkfz251.com.
This site is devoted to halftracks and the last two pages to Grossdeutschland reenactments.

GP

MG42 on OT-810
Here is a photo of an MG42 on a Czech OT-810 which is being converted to look like an SdKfz251 D model. This is not my photo, but it was taken last March at the GAP II reenactment at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. 7th Kompanie Grossdeutschland.

Last one
Here is the last one I am going to post so I don't bore you guys. Yes, I don't have the correct tool box and P38 holster on my belt, this was my first reenactment with the MG, but I do have them now! There is nothing like running full belts through your MG, like she was meant to do.
