No, it would not.
You simply cannot attach it to an MG15 because it is a MG34 sight.

Here is what an MG15 sight looks like (photo below). Apparently it has a completely different attachment mechanism:

I think that this marks is fully Ok!

I have the same marks type on my MG-34 on rear sight with number "4" that means "dfb" manufacturer.

This stamp type, I think, was puted on small parts.

Yes, there are many different kinds of Waffens - different inspectors, different places where the details got inspected and stamped. It depends on the size of the details too.
Those eagles with the swastka on your rear block are cool, Schneider.

I have seen other ordnance that has weimar waffens after 35.

I just found two MG34 barrels with the exact same markings like on some of my AA sights.
The guys who sell these barrels are asking big money for them and they describe the markings as "EARLY GERMAN MARKINGS".
Seems that they are not Weimar stamps after all. Or maybe the guys from that web site are mistaken.

Nothing to worry about there! The weimar-type eagle can be found on lots of German made euipment all the way up to 1940. The change from the Weimar-type eagle (swept wings) to the Nazi eagle (straight wings) took place from 1935 and up to 1940.

So it seems that what I have on some of my AA sights is just the Early German eagle?
Does this make the sights I have more rare and should I ask $500 per sight because of this?

I have also received my 34 AA sight from wolf88.It is very nice,with nice markings.At first I was hesitant about dealing with a new guy from the old Soviet bloc,but I would have no qualms with dealing with wolf88 again.He kept in constant contact,making sure I got what I ordered.Thank you,wolf! ---bil ps-If the moderator thinks this should be in the review section,feel free to move it! ---bil

Thanks for your reviews, guys. Now, after I have gained my reputation, I thinkt hat it is about time for me to raise the prices.

To anyone interested in buying an AA sight:
New price is $135.
This is still way below their average eBay price but at the same time a bit closer to what they are really worth.

three pages deep is a lot of reading to find a new price , sounds like a good time for a new ad . i think best to close this ad in favor of a new one.
