What parts and did you modify them to semi correctly before hand?

Parts I'm having trouble with are stock/buffer fitting into rear of receiver, front tripod lug fitting into tripod, gripstick ears, cam-piece fitting to receiver. 80% receiver from BRP has FA bolt block, no ejection port, gripstick opening modified, rail holes welded shut to bolt block inside receiver. I have correct semi bolt and carrier and AR modified gripstick but haven't got to the point of installing them yet. Trying to get all the little things to fit right before bolt and rails, etc.
