Ok one is an officer cut M36 and pirschens is a M40 enlisted. So there are cut differences but I figured id pict them to compare anyways. Once I had them side by side Pirxhens wool was much better when I felt one right after the other, the Keith/memory one is really soft where as Pirschens feels more like wool and is not as thin. The memory one seems to have better threading though with no threads sticking up at the end and hanging or double threading (sewing over a spot a second time). It could be simply because it is an officer’s one vs. an enlisted but it’s simply something I noticed, I really don’t mind a few lose edges. I really like the wool and the color. The buttons I have from memory are officer’s buttons which may explain the better quality but they seem more durable. In the end I would take your tunic over memorys because the fit feels better than the other one I have and looks a little nicer, plus the wool is thicker.
Well there is my review, thanks for the tunic I will leave you good feedback on eBay.

You could do a lot of hard time for busting a cap on that grandfather clock!
Looks like you got a really nice tunic from Pirschen. I'm sold on his quality. The only problem I have with him is trying to reconcile his sizing chart with real life fitting. I wish the Chinese could somehow establish a sizing chart that would reflect true American sizes.
Last: Who in the heck is "Memory?" I've never heard of them. Do you have a link?

It's Pirchen's own stuff. He has no relation to Keith whatsoever. Keith gets his stuff from a major supplier, I've spoken to him but can't recall his name right now.
That's why Chen can make a U-turn in the middle of production. He does them the old-fashioned way -- one at a time with a small staff.
He takes every suggestion to heart, and incorporates them into his production.
