That is even worse than the 'F' word here-but in this case it was mitigated by the nice words about J Baum.We have to soothe the angry bear once in a while! :D That was a very interesting article,a first-hand account of the troubles and how to solve them.Thank you for posting it. ---bil

Angry bear? Moi???? Funny thing is, my wife calls me a bear with a sore A$$ sometimes... OK, if I wouldn't stay up all night working on manuals, then have to function with 4 hours sleep, maybe, just maybe, I would be a little more cheerful in the morning.

Heads up on the latest manual: The 200 page MG3 ZDv 3/14 manual which was used up to 1990 is going to be done in about a week. This is the manual I've had available for download on my website in its original German. Color pictures of the internal operation are on 8 pages, the usual stuff on assembly/disassembly, but lots about the mounts (lafette/panzer/AA tripod/and the type I had for sale), inspection, blank firing and training ammo adapters, trajectory ranges, flip up AA sight, belt loader, night vision, infra-red scope.......

AND: I haven't even read it yet, but I have a copy of the 40 page 1941 dated MG34 repair manual sitting here. It's next in line for translation. If I can get it done before work gets busy (two weeks tops), it'll be ready to sell in August. If work gets busy before I get it done, it'll be the end of September before it will be available.
