What exactly needs to be done to these to finish them besides bluing?

I have one coming and will be able to give a better answer then. Untill then, I I have spoke to lance at length on this. The barrel shroud pin needs to be installed. I am going to let lance do that as recommended by orin.
The cams need to be installed. It needs to be deburred. The charging handle needs to be fitted. The ejector plate installed. And I believe that is it. There is a post here somewhere of a member completeing one of these and he went into detail. I will try to find it.

Also, I just remembered what Orin told me. Some of the hole diameters for the small pins in your parts kit "MAY" not be to the original german sizes. ie either too small or large. So you may have to either ream them to size or if they are too large, then make new pins. Not a big deal I guess. Also, IMA is now offering a majority of the various small parts if your kits are missing any of the items. I think I am missing a couple of the small springs.
Get a parts list here and do an inventory.
