I don't understand the words but the pictures speak volumes.

That's really bad, fully welded up. I wonder how long before the powers that be decide that UK deactivation has to be the same. Oh well I've got mine so not a problem for me :D
It's a shame because it looks like a lovely matching numbers gun.

WOW, gorgeous gun! Just beautiful.

And, somehow, quite sad.

Nevertheless, I want one.

It's a shame your guns aren't deactivated the same as over here. It would make the semi conversion a lot easier.

In a word NO. Bolt action is the most fun we can have, K98 etc. No semi pistols but we can have long barrelled revolvers.

I really don't know what is going to happen to shooting when London has the Olympic games in 2012. You should hear the prices that are in the news for this bloody Olympic village gone from £3 billion  to nearly 10 that's about $20 billion WTF!!!!!! for 2 weeks of games.

Could you convert the 34 to a bolt action by replacing the booster assembly so it will not cycle automaticaly, and weld it to the shroud. I would think the cocking handle would serve as a bolt handle. Or modify the cocking handle and bolt to be affixed to one another.

Just a thought........

I theory yes, but I live in a country that classes a spare barrel as a seperate firearm. The main problem is they don't want you playing with guns at all really.

We need to be licenced to hold a firearm before we can buy one, say what calibers you want and why, how much ammo and if they think its too much they can reduce it. And to top it off you have to be a gun club member and if you don't go to the club enough then the club HAS to notify the police and you loose your licence.. great hey

In this country the politicians have a habbit of either banning fun stuff or taxing it :(
