MG34 Dummy Receiver Question
MG34 Dummy Receiver Question
I am looking to buy a MG34 dummy gun with a rewelded torch cut receiver with steel blocks welded in so the bolt cannot be inserted in the receiver. It was reassembled to hold the gun together for display. Simple question: is this legal or does anything else need to be done to the receiver for display?

Re: MG34 Dummy Receiver Question
If it is unable to accept a bolt, that is, if it is unable to be fired or made shootable with out cutting it to pieces and rewelding it, it is not a gun and you can show it in a theater if you like
