Is an AR10 FCG the same as an AR15?

I don't know if there's any differences, but would using an AR10 FCG be any better than the AR15? Is the hammer any beefier? Is the hammer spring a little stronger? Is it more expensive than the AR15?

This just came to me and I thought I would throw it out there for debate..

I'm still looking forward to what the FAL parts will do as well...

The current manufacture AR10s use AR15 fire control parts.
