Has anyone tried the Philadelphia Ordance 80%. What all is left to be done on them? Anyone else making an 80% I have all the pieces to the receiver but doubt I have the welding skills? I have just completed a Bren, although not fired it using a welding jig. Does anyone sell or want to loan a MG 42 receiver weld jig?

You can make a jig from 4 3/8" bolts and some unistrut or channel. to get the rear section square use some 1/8" x 1" flat stock.
