Nice to see a large group of mg42/m53 parts up for sale with fixed prices. Thanks for sharing that.
Here is what I think is another good deal. Wish I had the spare change for it.

Has the complete rear receiver.

It would need a LOT of skills to fix that one. That is way over my ability to do that. I can fix a RTG rear section to get pretty 'in specs' but not that one. You it looks would need a special jig and a LOT of love!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: MG-3 kits ---What do you think ?
And there's no bolt head. WTF?
Re: MG-3 kits ---What do you think ?
Crushed AND cut? It would be way easier to use a M53 kit combined with a Global Machine receiver, then add the MG3 parts from RTG than to try to get that mess back into specs, plus the fact the real MG3 bolt head is gone...nope, I'll just keep building M53's.
It's hard enough to get this platform to work correctly in semi due to the mods than to try to fix all that. Also those MG3 shrouds do not take kindly to bending back. I know a guy that tried to straighten some crushed MG3 receiver parts back into shape and he had trouble with them cracking as the 'sheet metal' is harder and more brittle than you might think once crushed.

Re: MG-3 kits ---What do you think ?
Well my thoughts were cut off the front end and then add a m53 front end. But what ever. For myself I have several 3 and 4 cut complete receivers that I need to work on someday.
