I want to buy the WWII MG-42 Optic assembly that mounts onto the WWII Lafette tripod, with the carry can...>> Or, if you spot the Optic assembly, I would appreciate anyone that might bird-dog one for me someplace else.

Gunship in Natick ma had either a WWII mg34 or 42 tripod optic.

B&k sales. Give em a call

I have one with the green metal case and with a leather battery box and just trying to figure what they are going for nowadays. Fella wants to buy a complete MG42 setup( optics, WWII layfette and loads of parts barrels top covers etcs) and I want to be able to justify the cost to him so he at least understands why he is having a heart attack.
Mods-Not trying to sell anything here.

Embalmer's help, landed me a 42 optic, from way up there in Massachusettes!....but....I need a WWII carry container now.
.......If any of you guys might have an empty for sale, let me know;.either for the 34 or 42!.....thanks EB!

I have several other beltfeds but the 42 was my first.
Would prefer to keep it and make it my last one
