Holy crap they are even in stock. Spend $30 to save the $50 but if you use the coupon you save another $20. Not bad. Probably the cheapest kit out there. Now if they would get the darn drums in....

ok it is so cheap I took the plunge, club members pay 112 per month for 4 months so it is affordable enough, hope these are decent " good to very good bores may have surface rust or dings" so lets keep our fingers crossed :?

Military Gun Supply sells MG34's with the front cam section for $499.You really need an intact front cam section to make a semi-auto receiver.IMA will sell a demilled receiver with intact rear buffer threads if you ask them.If you have an intact front and rear section, you have a buildable receiver. You could probably use a Philadelphia Ordnance 80% receiver and cut the front end off of it and weld the front section cam section too the P/O receiver.

ok guys kit showed up today, the box it cane in said vulcan arms on it, so this is where they bought them from, ok all parts were loose in box and because of it the flash cone is dented pretty good but easily fixed, nice bakelite stock with one small ding, left grip panel missing, grip screws missing, front grip mount "screw" missing, ok called sg and they are replacin the parts so we will see, overall the kit is in nice shape nice blue couple scratches in the finish but thats it, so overall at the discount price i think it is nice, will degrease later and check bore so here is a pic for now :D

ok guys i cleaned the cosmo off which there wasn't much of and see the barrel is shooter grade light rifling but ni pitting in bore, this is not a # matchin set, looks unrefinished barrel jacked is sweet original blue but due to shippin scratches and some surface rust will need refinishing 9828 b , grip is almost devoid of and bluing, topcover and feed tray are nice, top is milled and waffened O 951, top and tray are cof, bolt is nice and waffened several times, barrel shroud is waffened but looks like it has another stamp x 'ed out like a crown or somethin, the ejector cover ie waffen and has a "wreath ??" stamped on it

bipod looks unmarked and has adjustable/extendable legs

ok spoke to brian at sg, replacement parts are on the way, but they will not ship parts to n.j. claim my kit should not have shipped to n.j. as it is restricted but not according to their catalog so don't know, anyway they had no problem replacin the parts at no cost to me :)

Tom,

Your MG34 looks like it is in nice shape. The MG34 had so many cool accessories made for it.I'm not suprised about SG,I called them up and complained about them not selling me a 13 round magazine.I was told that SG's lawyers recommended that the company stop selling any over 10 round magazines to NJ even though I told them we are only restricted to 15 rounds. They said they're afraid of future legalities from NJ's lawmakers.
