MG34 ammo boxes, original German paint?

I just got these German MG34 ammo boxes and I was just wondering if this may be original German paint.

Here are the pictures of them, two have a very dark green color and one is grey, they are all stamped "41":


Here is a picture of a aluminum ammo box with Norwegian Army green color witch looks very different from the darker green on the two on the picture above:

i doubt the gray one is original. that really deep dent would have paint loss. the green looks norwegian i think?

Thanks guys, I just tried to use nail polish remover on the box to the left on the second picture and found original WW2 german paint and white letters under there

Also tried to remove paint from one of the two dark green ammo boxes on the top picture but the paint did not budge at all, almost like emanel paint or something(baked on). After a little research on the net I now believe these could have original WW2 german paint too, I can read all the stampings on them perfectly and It all looks like a paintjob done in a factory and not sloppy with a paint brush like the Norwegian army does it

The grey one on the bottom of the top picture had the same dark green as the two others on the bottom

HEY!!! That's not nice! I thing that sloppy paint is done by Norwegian factory workers-the Army is neater! [apologies to our Norwegian members,I remember many from my fathers days in the Merchant Marine,many served with him!] Glad to see there is some original paint there.Good find. ---bil
