Overhead Fire Table / Data Plate / Überschiesstafel / MGZ40

Hey all,

I'm working on my Lafette 42 project and I'm looking for a "Ãœberschiesstafel" - the overhead fire data table.

My Lafette 42 is a Yugo re-issue. As such, it has the post war Yugo plate attached. It did come with one of those ink-printed copies.

If anyone out there has anything better (original? etched repro?), or can refer me to a source, I'd be grateful

I am also looking for a serviceable MG Z 40 and all of the associated accessories

Check Alleghany Arsenal, they used to ship a repro german plate with their yugo lafettes

You realize that originals sell for around $200..... right? Check www.ebay.de

There has been a guy on there for 4 months trying to sell one.

Yeah, I saw that one a few months back. The one I saw was one of the plastic jobs...with MG34 firing dope.

I have the aluminum repro that came with the Lafette. It has MG42 dope, but it is not the etched type. I was hoping to find an aluminum etched type with MG42 dope.

BTW - I'm still looking for MG Z 40 stuff
