Ok, I am getting a little frustrated. I try to believe most people are honest but I have had four buyers disappear on me in the last two weeks. People should man up and pay up. You make a deal, don't welch!

I figured I would put them up here first. My only issue is people that say 'I will take it' and then disappear. Simply put, be a man of one's word and comlete the deal in a timely manner. END RANT.
