I sent a e-mail to http://www.burntcapital.com last night. I got a replay quickly. I just thought Id share it with you. This is there response:

I knew it was only a matter of time before someone linked from mg42.us. I’m a member. I’ve been working this hot and heavy since last March. I’ve mentioned the MG-42 Housings a few times on 1919a4.com (my usual hangout), where I also offer tooling and rivets. I haven’t wanted to make a lot of noise because things aren’t ready yet.

Current status: I have received tentative approval for a one piece, “80%”/Dummy Housing (there is a bolt block installed) from Tech Branch (that took three submissions), and am in the process of submitting actual examples for classification. In this configuration, all welding has been completed, but the riveting operations have yet to be done. Price? TBD. I’m trying to do the same thing I did with 1919 rivets: provide a high quality product for the same or lower price than is charged for the cheap stuff. If I can’t do that, I’ll let you know. There are plenty of other projects calling my name.

These things just take time; I’m still many months away. I’ll try to get more information out in a few weeks. Now that the cat’s out of the bag, I’ll try to post periodic updates at http://www.burntcapital.com .

p.s. sorry, this is a form letter

Wow...That looks great. I saw some brief mention a few months back on 1919a4.com about this, and Ive bought the drill/countersink sets from them. MGS has been hinting for a while that something was in the works. Good company .good products and most importantly, good prices.

I've bought from MGS in the past and he is good to deal with. His products are first rate and prices too. I will buy his MG42 parts when available.

I beleive the guy Rocco is talking about is kown as "MSG" not the company known as 'MGS" dont get them confused. MGS will be selling the BRP receivers.

Thats Correct MSG is Producing his own full lenght MG42/53 Receivers and MGS as Little Rhody has said is Selling BRP Receivers man that sound confusing to me also all these company's with just Initials for names. at least Wise Lite & Cold Steel have a name
