Re: anyone got a pic of an old fac mg34 kit demil
FAC bought those from Century, long ago when they still sold receiver parts with the MG34 parts sets. Don't know if that helps, but I thought I should mention it.PM wrote:Im curious to see a pic of an old FAC mg34 demil receiver

Re: mind your own business
You didn't mention a "kit" per-se, you asked about the de-mill,so I thought youPM wrote:Claus you are seriously coming close to cyber stalking. Nevermind what I won on another site. My question is simple if you dont have the answer kindly keep your pie hole shut!! THe reason I asked is because I bought a FAC kit and I'm curious to see where the cuts were.
were asking about your most recent win on gunbroker.
Because gunbroker allows us to bookmark item of interest, I too
venture after similar parts as you, and hence find you winning out some bids.
There's nothing Kind about telling someone to keep their pie hole shut.

HEre is a pic of one I got from FAC when they had a 3 pack special years ago.

They were usually demilled through the rear threads but I got one that was similar to the one in the auction post above. There seemed to be two ways they were cut. Some had the stud cut off and were cut through the buffer threads. Another left those two areas intact and was cut through other less strategic areas. That is why I got the 3 pack so I would have enough overlap to make up for this.
Hope this helps.

I am pretty sure the one above on the Gunborker link is from the IO kits aprox 3-4 years ago.
