No these are only in sepia colors.
These were taken few years back, with early model digi camera with low resolution and using floppy disks. If I recall, using colors would have lowered the res even more.
We do these photos mainly instead of tactical events, due to lack of blank firing weapons.

Stearmandriver, there are plenty of repro uniform and field equipment vendors out there, almost all of them have websites. Google "German tunic" and you'll scope out most of them. Right now, the cheapest uniforms that pass muster as far as quality and accuracy are sold by "Hong Kong Kevin" on eBay. Some of the best are sold by Lost Battalions, At The Front, 1944 Militaria, and others. THe best of the bets are made by Janke out of Germany, and are no longer available. Getting a Janke uniform, especially the DOT 1944 SS tunics, even used, is a good thing. Equipment repros and originals are where you find them. As for rifles, the best bang for the buck as far as intact WaffenAmt-marked, Russian Captured k98's were from Federal Arms Corp in MN but they have gone out of business. Prices have gone up a little, but availability of fine condition RC k98's with markings that are not defaced has plummeted. Also, when it comes to the reliability of vendors, read forums and get opinions before you buy. As for boots, You find them whereever you find them. If you want an excellent set of German low boots (Late 42 or later), get the ones at "At the Front". They are darn comfortable and of excellent quality. For jackboots, the best I have found are some West German leather boots, which I had modified to expand the calf near the top (Germans had skinny calves!), added nails and heel/toe plates, and replaced the rubber heels with leather ones. A lot of work, but the strong, smooth boot leather is so much better and more authentic than cheap East German books with pebbled leather and rubber soles and heels. You CAN use the cheapo East German boots for tactical events and beat them up, but I prefer my comfy At The Front low boots and gaiters and keep it authentic without sacrificing comfort. Low boots are almost always more comfrtable than tall marching boots, even the Vets say so.

Thanks. It was really well done. Even though it's semi, I can really hammer through the rounds quickly. Fires blanks like it was meant for them too.

As this is about reenactors - I hope you don't mind me putting couple of pics in from across the pond. First is us on our replica Tiger I at the War & Peace show last summer, then a closeup of me on the back of the tank... I can't hide now!!!

Jay, which camo? The Dots are SS camo....the funny pants are Italian...I'm guessing they are doing 12th SS.

Great reproduction of a Tiger! Was it a former T34? I read that the "Private Ryan" movie used a converted T34.
