I says that you cannot install the rails, bolt, or recoil spring. I wonder how hard it would be to cut out whatever is in there and turn it into a semi?
It looks like Brian installed a solid bar in place of the rails.The trunion area looks open besides the bar running thru it.Milling or grinding the solid rail rivets and posible internal milling with a shaper and it could possibly be converted into a semi.
