Wise Lite Great Customer Service

This past Tuesday, I noticed that the Recuperator Nut on my M53 had fallen off, most likely after my initial test fire, from Saturday! I know while cleaning the weapon I did not noticed it :oops:

Got on computer and emailed Wise Lite , along with a picture, to higlight my issue.

A few hours later , I received an email from them stating their immediate follow up with their tech branch by the next day.

The next morning, got a phone call from their customer service and was told not to worry and that a set of replacement nuts will go out by mail at no charge.

I received these two items today!

Note: in my initial correspondace I included the weapon's serial number, which must have helped to speed this process, and would advise for owners to do so if ever confronted with a similar situation.

Wise Lite did provide a fast response and great customer service.

I have the utmost respect for Tony and Gordie there at Wise Lite, they both have been extremely helpful to me with my project. Even the girls there are more than willing to help out when they can. Thanks for the great service Wise Lite!!!! Here is one they built for me.
