
Got on computer and emailed Wise Lite , along with a picture, to higlight my issue.
A few hours later , I received an email from them stating their immediate follow up with their tech branch by the next day.
The next morning, got a phone call from their customer service and was told not to worry and that a set of replacement nuts will go out by mail at no charge.
I received these two items today!
Note: in my initial correspondace I included the weapon's serial number, which must have helped to speed this process, and would advise for owners to do so if ever confronted with a similar situation.
Wise Lite did provide a fast response and great customer service.
