Receiver Parts in SOG kits?

I was sorting through my SOG kit and found rails and a camming piece, in addition to the middle receiver section.

Anybody else received these?

Must of gotten lucky no middle receiver here.

Well, by "middle", I mean from just behind the rear sight to just in front of the front sight.
