BBS not working correctly

On my computer, I have the link to this website set to go directly to any new messages. I just happened to type in the address (MG42.us) instead of using the link, and all I could get was a text message saying TEST PAGE, and a complaint from my computer saying that this site was not secure. I contacted the web host, and they updated the SSL setup, but it took a while to find why I got a "test page" instead of my website.
The file date on that file was changed, and was a different date from the file in my backup. Looks like someone changed that file to deny access.
It is now fixed.
