Value of MG34 gunners kit?

Sorry for the lack of pics, but what's this worth? It has the tools, sight, but no asbestos pad. Everything is in great condition. A guy gave it to me, and I want to pay him for it, but need to know what its worth.

sorry, I thought I posted this in the 34 section.
it has all these tools, just not the pad.
