Would Any one know if the markings on this stock are correct? I assume they are post war markings? I am refering to the
5-111-23380 stamped number

Yugo m53 stock i believe. Mine has same numbers except last set of numbers

Do a search for buffer's on this website. Take your buffer, stock combo off and look at the buffer. With your buffer, stock fit it's yugo, yugo or German, German... I'm guess with that long number that it's a yugo or non German stock. However checking the buffer will give you the best answers..
