Getting in contact with Bob Naess?

Post by jwoelfel79 »

I sent Bob my German 42 kit a little over a 1.5 yrs ago and tried to email him before Thanksgiving this year for a status update and have yet to receive a response. I know he has a good reputation on this and various boards regarding these builds but can someone point me in the direction on another way to contact him?

jwoelfel79,
What e-mail address do you have for "Bob" (?).

Next.....Have you tried his web-page of "Black-River-Militaria".....(?).
A "search" of the "web" will bring up not only his web-page.......but also an e-mail address and phone number I believe.

Last......waiting one and a half years (?). Are you sure that it was received by his shop (?).

Bob-Naess is one of the "good-guys" in the Class-III community. He posts here, on the Sturm.-Board.......and a lot of posting over on the Subguns.com-Board (NFA-Discussion.). He does a lot of Class-III work on machineguns, etc..

Call him at 802 226-7204

He just rebuilt a 42 recuperator for me a month ago; I talked with him then - he is around.

I appreciate the replies guys. For some reason I couldn't get his website to load for me which worried me. Was finally able to get him on the phone for a little bit and ask for an update.

I am sure it was received. When it first got to him it was left at his neighbors house but he found it. I he told me today that he should start working on his semi builds in the spring, but he told me in Dec 2013 that he was a few weeks out from working on mine. Honestly I don't know what to think. I know he has a good reputation with builds such as this, I guess I'm just used to a little more communication with builders
