Steyr receiver w/o "PJ"

Post by Abominog »

Comparing two cut receivers, both look the same including waffenampt; both have serial numbers. One has a crappy "PJ" well above the S/N but the other has nothing- no "PJ".

Anyone ever heard of an unmarked Steyr?

What are the serial-numbers (and letter if applied).......?

Also.....photos would help....more if these are SA42s.

Here is the "PJ" marked receiver, S/N 1738. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewIt ... =380779123

The other is a 3-digit S/N, IIRC something in the 35x range. No photos right now.

I'll bet that it goes for over $300.
