Wow, if I'd have seen that for that cheap of a price, I'd have bought it. I've seen them sell in the $600-$700 range before.
That's the early "slab handle" cocking handle. They were only made for a short time and most were modified or replaced with the new style. It's very collectible, and has been discussed on this board before:
