The cafe press shirt is a little too "in your face" with the iron cross and all. I think the basic design of the german shirt I posted looks better , and has no (in the eyes of weenies) possibly implied political message. I got a ton of crap just wearing an iron cross on a shirt.....till west coast choppers came along, now it's cool!!.

I just ordered one of CafePress' "colored" T's in green. Cafe is just a vendor, the maker is Flume Creek: http://www.cafepress.com/flumecreek They do make the MG42 design without the Iron Cross, that's what I ordered. I'll report what the shirt's like when I get it. I also ordered one of their 2007 MG42 calenders.

The phone message, while I was waiting for the order desk, said they would do custom work. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't do "our" shirt.

MikeD,

Thanks for posting the info on the T-shirt website. I found a number of items I want to buy for myself!

My wife has some t-shirt designs, including a '42. I'll post a link in the F/S forum.

My CafePress shirt arrived while I was out of town. It looks good, and the shirt is fairly stout looking material. I'm :D

I would personally prefer a more professional looking shirt that I could wear to work. The shirt would have a collar with a left breast pocket, and above the pocket would be a MG-42 picture about 4-5" long and perhaps a "MG42.us" moniker or some other clever saying printed there as well. Sure beats the crap out of Izod.
