anyone have a pictorial or review of what all needs to be done with the 80% receiver, or will all these measurements in the above photos need to be machined on a 80% half receiver?
I'll get the files up this weekend. I dropped the old provider and still need to fix some things.

There are lots of reviews on that cold receiver and most say it takes a lot of work to get it done and most don't finish it. Try Brian at brp http://www.brpguns.com/
double check the amount of receiver that you have left on the barrel shroud after you get it and then check against brp's rear receiver half's to make sure it will work out. There are several brp built's on this site.
Also check for ima cut receivers on gunbroker.

Good Luck and enjoy the ride if possible.

Thanks for the suggestion! And hope to dive into the build soon!

Built one and tried it last Saturday. Worked great - no dented cartridges at all. However, somehow one side got pulled into the grove along side the trigger assembly and jammed the bolt. I would still give it 5 stars as I know it works. It may require a little tuning but well worth the effort.
Has anyone ever thought of trying to thread a hole in the front of an old trigger group and attaching a piece of the rubber hose? I have had some less than good results with the homemade version of case dent preventer.
Anyone have a diagram, or perhaps know what the distance is between the the front arm of the trunnion and where the 1st rivet goes? I have the BPR plans, and another one which I believe is a full auto, but it does not show the measurements there exactly. I want to know how much I need to remove from the receiver at that area. It is too long, but I needed a slightly longer receiver to work with where mine had been cut. Thank you in advance.
