MG3 optic's adapter for Lafette tripod?

Are there any enterprising machinists out willing to make an adapter for an MG3 optics to a Lafette tripod? In either steel or aluminum, with the price of a Lafette optics at $1200 or more a nice MG3 optics at $150.

Gene-do you have a link for the $150 optics? A friend is looking for some,and if he gets them,maybe we can get an adaptor made.Anywhere around that price,I don't mean exactly $150

I got this reply from Z-I-P about a vehicle mount. "No USA because of export restrictions for this item.

P.S. I was told by Marstar in Canada that they cannot ship Bipods or tripods to the USA, because ATF has determined that they are now a gun part that helps it function.

Heiko is selling the mounts like I got for us this summer.... I haven't been able to get any more, so I guess I did pretty well while I could.
