MG34 Adapters for MG3 Tripod?

Are there any commercially available adapters to put an MG34 on an MG3 mount?

tnw sells them for 20 bucks or so. little mettal block that attaches to bottom of the shroud using rear bipod lock sping screws.

Does any one have a photo of this adapter?
Do you also need a pin for the rear mount?
