mgz34 Azimuth Scale

I have an early Moeller MGz in good condition.
It was a vet pickcup from Holland with papers.
It was found in street among weapons left by retreating Germans.
The problem is, the Azimuth Scale ( circular ring) is off 180 degees.
Where it should read 0 it reads about 32 and the 0 is on the opposite side.
The ring has 4 holes which I think may have held 4 little screws at one time.
The ring doesnt budge easily and I dont want to force it.
How do I turn it back.
Thanks
