I would be very interested to get some feedback on this item....good deal??.....bad deal?? Price works out to about $1000.00 Cdn dollars. Thanks.

Re: large wooden tool boxes: There was a small arms tool box that had parts for the luger, rifle, MG. etc. I don't know that there was one just for the MG42. Lots of trays with compartments. Stuff attached to the inside of the lid, too. See page 358 of the MG34/MG42 book by Myrvang. It's a good book to get if you don't have it already, and it is printed in Canada, so no import fees for you.

Re: tool kits that fit inside an ammo can... can't find a picture of one of those right now.... I should have one somewhere.
