Have a look at the number on top of this pouch, same number on the barrel carrier.

The fact that there are four barrel cases, the style of the numbering and the stamped pouch strongly suggest these came from one of the Portuguese contract MG34 transit cases, which has a divider to hold four cases and another to hold the tool pouch...

I have to agree with the Portuguese contract MG34 transit. I had a chance to buy one complete, all numbers matching 34 with all the accessories for $2k
