I like the idea of having a complete set of accessories but I 'm sorry ...that is bloody expensive for a little can. Too rich for my blood.

Well, the name of the item is correct for the guy that bought it, he got the SOAKING, LOL!
Aeriously, I agree with "Capt. Willard" the price paid was nuts! I guess if someone wants something bad enough, have the money, they will pay the price.
I just hope the reproduction can can be made for us "shooters". I sure would like to have one myself!

I guess I should have bought both cans at Knob Creek for $250 each, sold one on ebay and paid for the trip, the hotel, the food, and still had money left over for ammo.
I guess $250 doesn't seem so crazy now....Gee, I wish is would have been me selling that.

Ebay has become well enough known that those with serious "discretionary funds" will pay whatever they have to for something. This runs the price sky high. The days of a good deal on ebay are gone for the most part. It is now a sellers market. So go there to sell.
When you're buying hope that the locals don't go there to price their items.
Just my humble opinion

Yes feebays prices have gone up like crazy the past little while. When I first joined I paid top doller for items I wanted. It seemed I could outbid anybody. I made some dumb purchases but in the long haul I came out on top.
Now there are newcomers(no longer me) that are just crazy they bid the dumbist prices you could imagine.
for the rare mg stuff like that soaker can I almost want to jump in!! but they lost me at 200 and if I did jump in I could allways be bidding against the seller himself. who would be the real winner then

Dont get me started on unethical sellers, I lodged a complaint with gunbroker becouse I cought red handed a seller who created a "proxy" buyer to drive up his price, all gunbroker would do was to "warn" him, I couldnt even give the guy a neg review to help warn others of his scams:(
