Looking for a MG42 tripod left side leg adjuster lever

I shipped my personal MG 42 ground Tripod to a fellow in Florida .. Fed EX broke off the rear left side leg adjuster lever.. so I need to find one and the pin ..
Tried Numerich, Sarco and RTG no luck
If anyone could help me I would get very grateful
