One of two MG-34's I have. They both run like sewing machines! :D

We need more info! Form 4 gun? C&R? Can you give us any info on the barrel jacket markings (date and code?) Hard to tell, but it does not look refinished. Very nice looking gun.

The one pictured is a Pre-May DS. 90% matching and original bluing. It's a DTB-41. I have 4 barrel/ bolt combinations that work well in this gun, 6- 50 drums with carriers, barrel carriers, gunners kit, AA sight and a complete post war armorers kit.

The second is a Post May DS made on a matching AR-41 Kit. Saw Cut reciever was redone, but kit is original. I have 3 barrel / bolt combinations that work well in this gun, barrel carriers, gunner kits, AA sight.

I also have a complete AR-42 parts kit, 4 ammo cans, 3 bolts (parts) and a handful of misc. parts for the above.

Hope that's enough info! 8)

Yes, thank you very much. I think the barrel jacket is "dfb" and not "dtb", but I really like the early dated stuff. Most kits now are Dot 44 and 45, so it is always neat to see earlier stuff. Thanks again!

Could you post a pic of the post war armorers kit. I've never seen one. Thanks.
It's better to be silent and considered a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

Let dig it all out and get some decent pics of it. I still haven't figured out what half the stuff does. I contains oil cans, bolt tools, broken shell extractors, brushes, rimmers, scrappers, etc etc.
