Does anyone here offer builds?

Hello, does anyone on here offer a build "kit" similiar to TNW's semi receivers? Is it possible to have someone "remill" a cut MG34 such that all you have to do is instal the parts kit and have a functioning semi auto? I know the TNW offers kits, but they still require more welding. I'm sure somebody out there does this as a hobby, and makes a bit in the process.
