Phila. Ordnance - okay for blank fire?

It seems that the TNW receiver is the only current manufacture receiver recommended here for genuine use purposes. But would a Phila. Ord. receiver be okay for a blank-firing application(semi-auto)? Sorry if this is a simplistic question...new to the MG world!
Thanks,
Rich

the philly ones are strong enough but the general concensous is there is no way (affordably) to broach it for 100%

I've got two Philadelphia Ordnance receivers I bought about six years ago.The quality of the steel seems very stong. For $450 it's a pretty good deal for the high quality machinig they do.Not like the crappy tolerances of what TNW has been selling lately.TNW used to be high quality.I can email you photos of my receiver if you want.
