For a Post Sample Philly Ordnance or TNW would be good starting point for a "complete" uncut receiver. ;)

TNW's web-page lists down for you to contact them directly is you are a C2/07 wanting to do a Post-Sample.....I believe that they do short runs of C2/07 full-auto MG34 receivers at 80% for this purpose.......contact them.......AND please let us know some basic information as to differences in 80% receivers...and "Pricing".

Also, while you are on the phone with them...ask if they cam provide some/any of the small replacement parts and springs.......maybe they have a parts-list that they can e-mail/FAX you with prices?

Be safe, RichardS.

You might want to check back with IMA.
This is what their site says about the receivers.

ARH,
....and what did "TNW" tell you about their C2/07 80% receivers and parts? (IE: Pricing and availability?).

Thanks, RichardS.

I am still waiting for a call back from them.
The woman I spoke to said the guys with the info I needed were not there at the time.
It is now 4:40 pm my time, so I don't think I will hear back from them today.
I will post the info I get from them.

Hey guys, well I may not be some folks favorite person at the moment but I would like to help and give y'all some pics of the recievers. NO THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT AS WE ARE NOT SELLING THESE.

http://www.weaponeer.net/forum/forum_po ... PN=1&TPN=2

This thread has some pics of one of 4 that I recently purchased from IMA and let me just say that they are fantastic. I find them an easy breezy reweld after annealing and then preheating.

Hope this helps a little and at least you can see what they look like now. I really like them.

Well.. I'm hoping they only say that to cover their own butts... Cause going by what EZFEED has gotten from them, they should be weldable... in fact, you're the main reason I bought from IMA EZFEED!! :p Hope you're right.. But if not.. oh well! Still be neat to have...

They should be really really nice and I'm positive that you'll like them! :D Out of all 4 the biggest variance between them were a little over 3/16" of an inch which is just remarkable to me
Christian said that they were all "carefully cut" the same and I guess he's right! Make sure just as an extra means of precaustion that you email them and state that this will be for a reweld because I think he gets allot of calls for those. I say that because he seemed to know exactly what I was talking about when I emailed him about it :D

I did not look at the pics but I got 2 of these recievers from them a few months back and they look clean and doable (in my ignorant opinion) But at the time they stated that they only had 100 cut this way and were keepin it on the hush side, i payed for the handselect also ( I suggest doin this) as they also have the standard crap ones, I need be i could make 1 from 2 as the cuts overlap between the 2 I got :D

I ordered two receivers from IMA. Both were cut in almost identical spots leaving no overlap. They are probably weldable but some of the smaller holes have been destroyed. Has anyone got a receiver from IMA with cuts through the trigger group pin holes? Mine had no cuts through the threads or front pin.

I just got a third receiver from IMA and this one is the best of the three. All the smaller holes on the exterior of the receiver are intact and the cuts are not as wide. The other two are weldable but would require more machining.

My IMA receiver arrived yesterday. Overal in good shape. It's a little bent from side to side but it can be fixed pretty easy. The cam area and threaded area are in good shape.

Got mine yesterday too... Same story as yours Hole Puncher..

I'll post some pics tomorrow.. Although.... Even though the cuts don't look too bad, it looks like it's going to take some work to weld these correctly.. Like I said, the cuts are good and pretty clean, but these are milled receivers so it looks like it's going to be tough to me (though I'm definitely no professional)....

Pics tomorrow!
