Hi all i just bought a dummy MG34 from ima and was wondering if i could use it to make a sim fire one
or did i just screw up and should have just bought a part's kit insted

you will need a complete parts kit and a demilled receiver or a
semi receiver from tnw. I will be doing a build tutorial on the 34 as soon as I get caught
up on my 42 projects and tutorials.

i think he is looking for a simulated fire propane gun , the type used for re-enacting.
this seems to be becoming a popular option lately. i don't think we have any board members who have much expertise in propane guns yet. the board was started IMHO with the semi 42 as its core focus and is growing rapidly to cover a lot more . there are a lot of good knowledgeable members here , i hope we can get you the answers you seek.
