From a PzKwIV I believe. If the big hole is for the barrel shroud, what was the smaller hole for? Pistol port? Sight? On Ebay, for $10K....Would look great on your deck.....Phil

The small hole is for the optical sight. I have a complete ball mount from a PzIII with about 1/3rd of the plate shown in the pics posted here. The one shown is missing a lot of parts. Mine is shown in Volume 2 of my MG34/42 books.
