Hello,
I was wondering if the commercial 198gr FMJ Privi works well in semi 34s. I have read things going both ways with it, and would just like to double check before I buy a bunch of it and it doesn't work. I am talking about the 8mm Mauser commonly sold here, not the JS. Thanks,

We can't answer that question.
The only way to know if it will work with your gun is to buy a few boxes and try it. For the MP44, it seems to be underpowered, but that's for the MP. Semi-auto 34s and 42s generally don't have much spare power, so if the 8mm Prvi Partisan is underpowered too, it won't work either.
