I'd say some sort of alt country copy, repro or bastardised drum and top cover?
Otherwise, I don't know, but I think there are some significant telltale signs of the above description.

Real drum, just not a mg34 drum, it's for the mg15. The top cover is a repro. I just wish that I could afford the real one.
More pics of it later and more info on another day.

Now to go and post some more to talk about in the mg42 area.
